Community Café - As of January 1, 2020
Effective January 1, 2020, we will be offering a new and updated homeowner portal, Community Café.  You will need your 7-digit resident number the first time you register, this starts with a "t" and can be found on your payment coupon.  Once you are registered you can make one time payments via e-check or credit card, set up recurring payments (applicable 3rd party fees will apply based on payment type), or view your personal account information such as account ledger, architectural applications, violation letters, and much more!

Recurring or a one-time payment via your bank account. Please include your 4-digit community number and 7-digit resident t-number in the memo section of the check. These payments should be mailed to:
